Beauty Theresa Longwe is the Founder and CEO of Spear Independent Living, a supportive housing program dedicated to providing safe, stable, and empowering environments for seniors, veterans, returning citizens, adults with disabilities, and individuals transitioning out of homelessness.
With a deep passion for community care and over a decade of experience in human services, Beauty built Spear Independent Living on the belief that every person deserves dignity, stability, and a path toward independent living. She has worked closely with social service agencies, case managers, hospitals, reentry programs, and veteran service networks to ensure each resident receives compassionate support and access to essential resources.
Beauty is recognized for her strong leadership, hands-on approach, and commitment to creating housing solutions that promote long-term stability. Through Spear Independent Living, she focuses on bridging the gap between supportive services and real housing opportunities—helping individuals rebuild their lives with structure, safety, and community.
Her mission is simple: to open doors, change lives, and empower every resident to reach their highest level of independence.
