Spear Independent Living follows a structured admissions process to ensure that our program is the right fit for each prospective resident.

1. Eligibility Screening
Prospective residents complete an initial non-medical screening to determine appropriate placement within the program.

2. Intake Assessment
A more detailed intake review helps us understand the individual's needs and goals, including:

Applicants may be asked to provide:

4. Admission Approval
Admission is approved when eligibility requirements are met, and space is available within the residence.
